ZAL heavy-duty leveling feet are ideal for industrial machinery, CNC machines, HVAC systems, air compressors, pumps, and any equipment requiring stable support and vibration control. Each unit is built with a high-strength steel base and a natural rubber pad that absorbs shock and vibration. The steel components provide a solid foundation, while the galvanized surface protects against rust and corrosion. The natural rubber ensures excellent elasticity and damping performance, making these feet reliable in both indoor and demanding industrial environments.
ZAL leveling feet are available in a range of sizes from 80 mm to 200 mm in diameter, with individual load capacities ranging from 500 kg to 4000 kg. They feature a threaded adjustable rod, allowing for precise leveling even on uneven floors. Installation is straightforward and can be done with basic tools—either by directly placing the feet or securing them with bolts. The natural rubber base in each ZAL leveling foot acts as a vibration damper by lowering the natural frequency of the supported equipment, effectively minimizing resonance and transmitted vibrations. Step 1: Preparation
Clean the bottom of the equipment and the floor area where the feet will be placed.
Make sure there is no oil, dust, or debris that may affect installation.
Verify that the selected ZAL feet model matches your equipment’s weight, mounting hole size, and base dimensions.
Step 2: Position the Leveling Feet
Place each ZAL rubber foot underneath the designated mounting points of the equipment.
If the equipment has pre-drilled mounting holes, align the threaded rod of the foot through the hole for proper positioning.
Step 3: Adjust Height
Rotate the threaded rod clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the height of each leveling foot.
Use a leveling tool or spirit level to ensure the equipment is balanced and evenly supported.
Step 4: Secure the Feet (Optional)
If permanent installation or anti-vibration performance is required, use expansion bolts or anchor bolts through the base hole to fix the feet to the floor.
If floor anchoring is not necessary, the natural rubber base will provide sufficient grip and stability under normal conditions.
Step 5: Final Inspection and Testing
Check that all leveling feet are firmly in place and share the equipment load evenly.
Confirm that the equipment is stable and level.
Run the equipment for a short test cycle to ensure there is no excessive vibration, tilting, or instability.
If needed, re-adjust the height or re-secure the mounting bolts.
